A Program through the Department of Environmental Conservation:
The Department of Environmental Conservation’s Three-Acre Stormwater program was created to help Vermonters, municipalities, and private citizens comply with stormwater requirements from the Vermont Clean Water Act of 2015. Affected municipalities or landowners can apply for technical and financial support for the evaluation, engineering design, and construction of required stormwater treatment measures. Manufactured Home Communities are also eligible to receive funding and technical support.
