A Program through the Department of Environmental Conservation:
The Toxic Wastewater Pretreatment Program aims to invest in wastewater pretreatment systems that reduce high strength or toxic waste concerns for municipal wastewater treatment facilities (WWTF), protecting receiving waters and public health, as well as providing for greater local economic development capacity.
