The American Rescue Plan of 2021 included State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds for Vermont to distribute.
Through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), the State of Vermont was issued over $1 billion in State Fiscal Recovery Funds (SFRF) to help the state recover from the pandemic. These funds are being used to provide historic investments throughout the state, with many SFR-funded programs already up and running. The following links provide guidance, resources, and archival information related to the programs that have been and are being developed to disburse these funds throughout the communities of Vermont.
These funds are intended to support recovery projects between 2021 and 2024.
