It’s that time of year again, time to submit your 2020 Delegation of Authority. In April of 2015, the Secretary of Administration distributed a memorandum regarding the “Delegation of Authority for Signing Documents” as an addendum to Bulletin 3.3: Delegation of Authority.
This annual update is required from every department, even if there has been no change in the Appointing Authority or their designee(s). Throughout the year, departments need to revise and resubmit the form whenever staff changes occur with the Appointing Authority or their designee(s).
If we do not receive your Delegation of Authority form by January 15th, you will need to submit an updated form before we can perform any task requiring an authorized signature.
