It’s that time of year again, time to submit your 2021 Delegation of Authority form. This annual update is required from every department, even if there has been no change in the Appointing Authority or their designee(s). Throughout the year, departments need to revise and resubmit the form whenever staff changes occur with the Appointing Authority or their designee(s). The 2021 Delegation of Authority form must be submitted by January 15, 2021. Completed forms can be sent to VISION Security.
Please note that even though many employees are working from home, Addendum 3.3 requires that Delegation of Authority forms include actual signatures, electronic signatures are not acceptable.

If we do not receive your Delegation of Authority form by January 15th, you will need to submit an updated form before we can perform any task requiring an authorized signature.
