It’s time to submit your 2025 Delegation of Authority form. This annual update is required from every agency and department, even if there has been no change in the Appointing Authority or their designee(s). Throughout the year, departments need to revise and resubmit the form whenever staff changes occur with the Appointing Authority or their designee(s). The 2025 Delegation of Authority form must be submitted by January 15, 2025. Completed forms can be sent to VISION Security.
Please note that Addendum 3.3 requires that Delegation of Authority forms include actual signatures or an alternative method of signing such as DocuSign that include a facsimile of an actual signature.

If we do not receive your Delegation of Authority form by January 15th, you will need to submit an updated form before we can perform any task requiring an authorized signature.
