VISION v9.2 is Here!

VISION v9.2 is up and ready to go at 7:30 am this morning. Here are some things to know before you log in:

  1. You can now use either your current VISION User ID or your employee number as the User ID to log into VISION

  2. Your initial password will be the one you were using in VISION v8.8 on January 31, 2019

  3. When you log in, you will be required to reset your password. In VISION v9.2 password requirements are: at least 8 characters in length with at least one upper-case and one lower-case letter, one numeral and one special character such as an exclamation mark (!)

  4. You will be required to set up Forgotten Password Help when you first log in. The VISION Helpdesk will no longer reset passwords only unlock your account so that you can use the Forgotten Password Help

  5. The attached First Time Sign In document will take you through your initial log in to VISION 9.2. For complete information on what to expect when first logging in to VISION 9.2 view the VISION 101 manual

  7. Departments will have until February 13 to close out the month of January.  Please see the attached document on how to complete January in-process transactions that were converted from 8.8.  New Month End Closing instructions can be found at the following link:
