Bulletin 5 Procedure #3-Grant Payments has been issued and can be found on the Grant Guidelines and Procedures page. This new procedure describes grant payment requirements effective with the VISION 9.2 upgrade. Bulletin 5 itself is also currently under revision and when released, the payment requirements included in it will be updated to refer to this procedure document.
