The Department of Finance and Management has significantly updated their VISION Service Request (VSR) Form and issued a corresponding new VISION Procedure #10. The department is requiring that all new VSR forms be submitted by the agency/department’s lead Financial Manager. The new VSR Form can be found under ‘Other Forms’ at: http://finance.vermont.gov/forms/vision. VISION Procedure #10 can be found under ‘Policies and Procedures’ at: http://finance.vermont.gov/policies-and-procedures/vision-procedures.
