In order for a more effecient review of revisions to Bulletin 5 Granting Plans, Finance & Management has created a Granting Plan Revision Coversheet. This coversheet should accompany revised Granting Plan submissions to identify proposed changes. The Bulletin 5 Supplement-Granting Plan Guidelines has also been updated to refer to this new document and also to reflect the use of the Financial Reporting Questionnaire for the annual granting plan certification. These documents can be found on the Grant Guidelines and Procedures page of the Finance & Management website.
