Healthy Homes Program – Assistance for Low Income Vermonters with Failing Septic Systems and Wells

A Program through the Department of Environmental Conservation:

This program will provide financial assistance to low-income residential property owners, including owner-occupied multi-family properties with up to four units.  Funding is available to fully fix failing or inadequate on-site water and/or wastewater systems.
