Every VISION user requires a User ID and password. For security to enter expenses, contact your department's Expense Coordinator. Security access is requested by an authorized representative submitting the required form to FIN.VisionSecurity@vermont.gov. For questions contact VISION Support.

System Status
VISION is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
VISION Sandbox
Sandbox could be used to do production-like-things without impacting Production. This environment can be used to train or test the impact of adjustments, etc. Do not use Sandbox for reporting purposes. Sandbox is a copy of Production from the previous day. When logged into Sandbox, a "SBX1" watermark will appear on all of the pages. Production does not have a watermark.
System Overview
VISION-Financials is an Oracle/PeopleSoft enterprise financial management system utilizing the following modules: Travel & Expense, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Asset Management, and Subrecipient Grant Tracking (VT custom module). The system is managed by the Department of Finance and Management in conjunction with the Agency of Digital Services' ERP Technical Services team (Diagram of VISION Modules).
