Readiness Coordinator Network members serve as the change agents for their respective agency or department. This network will foster understanding of project efforts and the adoption of new processes or procedures by:
- Acting as liaisons between the Project and State Agencies providing a two-way communications channel
- Passing on business process changes as they are identified
- Sharing project communications with their agency or department
